A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free (within a certain limit). We will migrate your site(s) to our high–performance cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that swapping web hosting providers can lead to lost data and undesirable downtime. This is why we will perform all that for you for free!We have seasoned administrators whose sole assignment is to make sure that your web site works exactly as it did on your former web hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in transferring custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based upon famous web applications such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: There are a lot of aspects to keep in mind – the overall number of web files, the size of the database, the complexity of the site itself and the present workload of our web site migration experts, etc. That said, we do our best to implement all web site migrations within a 48–hour time window. Smaller websites are transferred faster – typically in under 24 hours.

A: We don’t require any private info. We’ll require, however, the login info for your present web hosting account as well as the name of the site that you’d like to migrate.

A: Nah. Your site will stay available online during the transfer. Once everything is done on our end, we will inform you so that you can examine it and check for any problems. If everything’s fine, all you will need to do is change your domain name’s DNS resource records.

A: No. We will never touch base with your web hosting provider about anything at all. They will not be aware of the web site transfer either.

A: We support all Linux–driven hosting platforms. Fundamentally, if we can get access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source website creation platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
